Sunita, a resident of Pauri Garhwal, is currently battling a life-threatening illness—cancer. Her life has been a story of relentless struggle. As a child, Sunita lost her father in a tragic road accident. Her father, a driver by profession, left behind a family in distress. Sunita’s mother took on the burden of raising her, working as a laborer to make ends meet and eventually getting Sunita married.
For a brief period after marriage, Sunita’s life seemed to stabilize. She was blessed with three children—one daughter and two sons—who are all still in school. But fate struck her hard once again when her husband suddenly passed away due to an illness a few years ago. Sunita’s world crumbled, but she refused to give up. Determined to provide for her children, she began working in households to sustain her family and give her kids a chance at a better future.
However, another devastating blow came when Sunita was diagnosed with cancer. Doctors have recommended chemotherapy as the only treatment option, but Sunita neither has the funds to afford her treatment nor the means to cover the costs of travel to the hospital. The responsibility of raising three young children and ensuring their education further adds to her overwhelming burden.
In this desperate time, Sunita has reached out through the Samoon Foundation, seeking help from anyone who can offer support. Her strength is undeniable, but she cannot face this fight alone.
Your contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in Sunita’s life and her family’s future. Please help her stand strong in her battle against cancer and give her the courage to keep going for the sake of her children.
Donate generously and be a ray of hope for Sunita and her family during this dark time.
